1. Los Álamos (hereinafter, "the Company").

The products will be sent within 5 to 7 business days in national territory in Spain and Portugal, excluding the Canary Islands, according to the options offered in the check out process.

5. Returns The Company will not accept returns of products, except in the event that the product reaches the customer in poor condition. In such case, the customer must contact the Company within 48 hours of receiving the order to report the problem and request a return or replacement of the product.
